2008 KTM 85 XC Young Lady’s Bike (NFS)

Description

This is a 2008 KTM 85 XC. It is obviously a girls bike and it is a modern motocross bike. This young lady who races this bike is on our race team, Team ABPC MX. Her father brought us the bike and we completely disassembled the bike and powder coated everything pink and purple. We rebuilt the suspension, rebuilt the engine and put all new plastics and graphics on the bike and a new custom made gripper seat cover. This bike is on display and is not for sale. 

The chassis, sub frame, front and rear wheel hubs, handle bar risers, rear spring, lower chain guide and fork tubes are powder coated pink. We powder coated the spokes black and powder coated the rims front and rear purple. The handle bars, engine covers, kick lever, rear brake lever, and swing arm are powder coated purple. The graphics are custom mead and are pink, purple and white. 

The suspension has been set up for this young lady and her riding style and the track type she races on. Meaning the static sag, race sag, compression and rebound is set for her. The KTM XC is a very good platform for this young lady because KTM produced these bikes with a little softer suspension than the 85 SX and this suits us for her riding style. 

This bike is unusual because of the colors we did on it. It is very nice and looks as good or better than any bike on the track! We are very proud to field this bike with our young lady team rider that we are so proud of for the coming 2020 motocross season. 

The idea behind this young lady’s bike is that we are showing what we can do for other female riders’ bikes and make them a unique and one-off custom bike like this example and we can tune and set it up for girls to get to the podium!
