At ABPC MX, we take each motorcycle and bicycle to our tear-down stage, meaning we disassemble the bikes completely in order to perform any chassis repairs and or modifications. From there, we move on to the surface preparation of any and all parts to be restored and or modified to the color of choice of the customer for powder coating. We paint the cylinders and cylinder heads because powder coating is not an option for those items. We offer over 6500 different colors in our powder coating process, so any color is possible. Once all parts are cleaned, restored and powder coated, the bikes go on our tables for final assembly.
All of our restored motorcycles and bicycles are very high quality. We can reproduce any factory graphic and or decal on any dirt bike or bicycle. We can also fix any dent in the exhaust pipe on the motorcycles and we can either Zycoat or Ceramic coat the pipe. We rebuild the suspension front and rear and we can charge the nitrogen shocks with nitrogen with our filling station. We can reproduce any seat with any graphic and any color. You can bring us your parts if you prefer to do all of the disassembly and final assembly on your bikes yourself.
We do all of Jerry Bickel Race Cars powder coating, so our powder coating work is high-end. We do not sell parts nor do we part out any bike.
We do have an inventory of parts but we only use them on bikes that we are restoring. We also do the wheels and spokes on these bikes. We can lace your rims on our wheel truing stand and do any color on the hubs, spokes and rims. We do not powder coat the spoke nipples, instead we use anodized spoke nipples.
We source parts from all over the planet so if your bike needs parts, through our sourcing, we can more than likely find them.
All our motorcycles, dirt bikes and bicycles are a custom-built and are labor intensive. As time passes, these bikes only become more rare, so call us today to discuss a factory-correct restoration and or a restomod for your bike.
